How we look after your information.
We're a small Dublin-based service for children — privacy isn't paperwork to us, it's the foundation of trust with the families we host. This notice explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
Bella's Bunch is operated as a sole trader by Isabella, based in Dublin, Ireland. You can reach us at hello@bellasbunch.com for any privacy-related question.
What we collect
- From the booking form / WhatsApp: your name, contact details (email, phone), the names and ages of children you'd like us to host, your neighbourhood, and anything you tell us about allergies, interests, or preferred dates.
- From normal site use: aggregate, anonymous web analytics provided by Cloudflare. We do not set tracking cookies and we do not share your data with advertisers.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your booking inquiry and plan a session.
- To match the experience to your child's age, interests and any safety needs (allergies, mobility, etc.).
- To send a follow-up after the session (a thank-you, a photo offer, optional feedback).
Photos & consent
We never publish a photo of any child without explicit, written consent from a parent or guardian. By default, photos taken during a session are shared privately with you only. Where consent is given, we may publish carefully selected images on our website or social channels — and you can ask us to remove any image at any time.
How long we keep it
Booking inquiries are kept for up to 24 months in our email so we can serve you better next year — for instance, remembering an allergy or a favourite park. If you'd like us to delete your information sooner, email us and we'll handle it within seven days.
Your rights under GDPR
You can request a copy of your information, correct it, or have it deleted. Email us at hello@bellasbunch.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're unhappy with how we handle your request, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission.
Third parties
- Hosting & analytics: Cloudflare (Workers + Cloudflare Web Analytics, no cookies).
- Email: messages you send through the booking form are routed through your own mail client to hello@bellasbunch.com.
- WhatsApp: when you tap a WhatsApp link from this site, you leave us and your data is then handled by WhatsApp / Meta under their own privacy policy.
